Okito keeps your journal private. Your entries are read and reflected on with Apple's on-device intelligence. We cannot see them, store them on a server, or use them to train a model.

What stays on your device

Your journal entries, mood and theme tags, reflection history, and streak live locally. They stay on the device where you wrote them and do not sync to your other devices. Gulden Studio has no access to this content.

What we collect

We collect anonymous crash reports and basic product analytics, such as screens opened, app version, and device type. These reports never include entries, reflections, or tags.

If you subscribe to Pro, Apple handles the purchase. We receive confirmation that a subscription is active. We never receive your payment details.

Third parties

Apple provides App Store purchases and on-device intelligence.

Firebase, a Google service, provides anonymous crash reports and product analytics. Journal content is excluded.

Your choices

Delete Everything in Settings erases your entries, reflections, and what Okito learned about you. Deleting the app removes its local data too.

Children

Okito is not directed at children under 13.
