OkitoPrivacy Policy
Okito is built to keep your journal private. Your entries are read and reflected on entirely on your iPhone, using Apple's on-device intelligence. We never see them, never store them on a server, and never use them to train anything.
What stays on your device
Your journal entries, mood and theme tags, reflection history, and streak all live locally on your iPhone. They stay on the device you wrote them on, so they do not sync to your other devices. gulden studio has no access to them at any point.
What we collect
We collect anonymous crash reports and basic product analytics, such as which screens are opened, app version, and device type. These never include the content of your entries, your reflections, or your tags.
If you subscribe to Pro, purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We receive confirmation that a subscription is active. We never receive your payment details.
Third parties
- Apple: App Store purchases and on-device intelligence.
- Firebase (Google): anonymous crash reports and analytics only, never entry content.
Your choices
Delete everything, in the app's Settings, erases your entries, your reflections, and what Okito learned about you. Deleting the app removes all of it too.
Children
Okito is not directed at children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If anything here changes, we'll update this page and move the date at the top.
